The project concept revolves around preserving and protecting the main building while striving for simplicity in its architectural design. The idea is to create a sense of lightness and openness by allowing the new wings to appear as if floating above the ground floor arcade, which will be transparent and easily accessible. The façade is envisioned to be like a mysterious, perforated shell, adding intrigue to the structure.

Despite the new additions, the emphasis is on harmonizing the building with its surroundings, particularly the Petőfi Square park. The park's continuity is retained, and the landscape remains the focal point. The integration of the huge existing trees and the creation of an artificial shade grove enhance the inviting atmosphere for people to stroll around and enjoy the space.

In this design, public transport plays a pivotal role in accessibility, with buses, trams, trolleybuses, and trains conveniently situated at the fingertips of visitors and commuters alike. This strategic positioning ensures seamless connectivity and encourages people to utilize public transportation for easy and sustainable travel.

Overall, the aim is to craft an inviting and unobtrusive environment, where the building coexists harmoniously with nature and people. The architecture becomes an element that complements the beauty of the park and the bustling activity of passersby, creating a space that feels welcoming, alive, and effortlessly connected to the pulse of the city.
