Strategically located just to the south of Budapest City Centre, the Budapest South Gate area presents an incredible opportunity for social, economic and environmental growth. The masterplan places a balanced urban form within this unutilised gap in the city fabric.

Within the masterplan the landscape is the essential organising element for the contemporary urbanscape. We have designed a complex network of heavily programmed activity areas intertwined with spaces that could be associated with limitless possibilities. Our concept rethinks the relationship of Budapest with the river and sets a precedent for future riverside projects within the urban context of the city.

Budapest South Gate masterplan aims to blend the mixed function and real estate development, together with the naturalistic open space into an integrated urban fabric. The well designed urbanscape stimulates its inhabitants and create a healthy environment for life and social interaction. These high-standard elements are vital to an attractive city as well as the social, economic and environmental benefits connected with them.
